Simulate highly corrosive salt fog environments to evaluate the corrosion resistance of materials, coatings, and surface finishes — Assess durability and long-term protection performance for automotive, aerospace, marine, electronics, and defense applications.
Salt Spray Chambers (also called Salt Fog Chambers or Salt Test Chambers) are specialized environmental testing systems designed to simulate highly corrosive saline environments and evaluate the corrosion resistance of materials, protective coatings, and surface finishes. By replicating the conditions specified in ASTM B117, ISO 9227, and JIS Z 2371, these chambers enable manufacturers to verify that their products meet corrosion protection requirements before field deployment in coastal, marine, and road-salt-exposed environments.
All models conform to ASTM B117, ISO 9227, and JIS Z 2371 test standards.

Custom chambers manufactured according to customer requirements including chamber size, CASS/ACSS test configurations, cyclic corrosion profiles, and walk-in formats.
Corrosion evaluation of body panels, chassis, fasteners, brake components, and under-body coatings against road salt and winter de-icing agents per ISO 9227 and VDA 621-415. Ensures long-term protection in harsh road environments.
Validation of aircraft structural components, fasteners, hydraulic fittings, and avionics enclosures for resistance to marine and coastal corrosive environments. Supports ASTM B117 and MIL-STD-810 certification requirements.
Testing of ship components, deck fittings, offshore platform hardware, and marine-grade coatings for sustained resistance to saltwater spray and fog exposure. Ensures long service life in the most aggressive corrosive conditions.
Salt fog testing of radios, weapon systems, vehicles, and field equipment per MIL-STD-810 Method 509. Validates corrosion survivability and operational reliability of military hardware deployed in coastal and marine environments.
Corrosion resistance testing of connectors, PCBs, terminals, enclosures, and switchgear exposed to salt-laden atmospheres. Ensures reliable electrical performance and prevents salt-induced short circuits and contact degradation.
Evaluation of architectural coatings, metal structures, paints, anodized aluminium, and galvanized steel for corrosion durability. Supports coating qualification and failure analysis for infrastructure and industrial equipment manufacturers.
